Code Compliance What the Multi-Tenant Inspection Program The Multi-Tenant Inspection Program was created to provide a safe, clean, and healthy living environment for residents of multi-tenant properties as well as a cohesive environment with adjacent properties of differing uses such as single-family neighborhoods, retail, office, etc. The program, introduced in 1994, has evolved to include licensing and response programs, and swimming pool inspections. This program aims to alleviate poor living conditions and inform apartment tenants of remedies to those conditions. The Dallas City Code gives Code Compliance the authority to enforce remediation of the following violations:
