About Us

The Department of Code Compliance enforces more than 900 City Ordinances and inspects both residential and commercial properties for violations that may threaten the general public’s safety. Our department is comprised of:

• Animal Services
• Community Code
• Mosquito Control
• Nuisance Abatement
• Restaurant and Bar Inspections
• Revenue and Collections
• Transportation Regulation

Staff Members and Officers respond to 311 service calls conducts proactive inspections, and court ordered actions to resolve and eliminate violations of the City’s various ordinances.
