Dallas Convention Center Headquarters Hotel

The Dallas Convention Center Hotel is the third anchor in the City’s plan to revitalize downtown. This project will include a 1,200-room convention center headquarters hotel, and has the potential for being a catalyst for development of adjacent retail, food, and entertainment complexes which would connect to the downtown core and compliment developments such as the Arts District, Uptown, The Cedars, Victory, West End and Main Street. With broad-based support from city government and private sector stakeholders, the Convention Center Hotel will bring new vibrancy to downtown and fresh opportunities for Dallas’s residents. The Dallas Convention Center Hotel will have a positive impact on the City of Dallas by creating jobs, generating revenue and exposing hundreds of thousands of new visitors to the number one visitor destination in Texas.
