The City of Dallas Traffic Management Center is located in the basement of City Hall in downtown Dallas at 1500 Marilla Street. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. From the traffic management center a technician or engineer is able to:
Monitor traffic signals for equipment malfunctions
Change traffic signal timings
Download a message to arterial dynamic message sign about traffic congestion
View traffic with roadside cameras
To report traffic signal malfunctions
dial 311 within the city limits or 214-670-5111 if outside the city limits.
