Storm Sewer Stoppage/Maintenance

The Department of Street Services is responsible for storm sewer cleaning. To request storm sewer cleaning, contact the City Services Dispatch at 3-1-1 when dialing from inside the city limits, or (214) 670-5111 when dialing from outside the city limits.

Reports of storm sewer odors and illegal dumping may be made by contacting Stormwater Managerment at (214) 948-4022.
